Needless to say, Imu’s powers are absolutely immense, strong enough to rival and even dwarf the mightiest Devil Fruits that fans have seen in One Piece over the years. That said, it wouldn’t be accurate to say that there are no fruits that can counter Imu’s power. In fact, multiple One Piece abilities counter Imu’s Devil Fruit power, and Oda has revealed quite a few already.

But, in return, it also sucks in everything that exists, including light itself. Even darkness itself can be sucked in by him, and most of all, it takes away Devil Fruit powers as well. The Yami Yami no Mi can simply nullify Imu’s powers and end the battle, which truly goes to show how dangerous this fruit is, even to Imu.
