All Silksong Craftmetal Locations (& Where to Use Them)

Description

Players will start acquiring Craftmetal fairly early on in the game, and these are valuable resources required to purchase or craft certain Tools throughout Hollow Knight: Silksong. There are a total of eight Craftmetals scattered across the massive map, some of which are hidden behind secret paths and caves, which might require having a certain ability. The guide below offers information on the location of all the Craftmetals as well as where players can use them in Hollow Knight: Silksong.

	Bone Bottom	The first one is purchasable from Pebb for 60 Rosaries.
	The Marrow	From the bench right of the Bellway Station, head right until you reach the second room, where you can spot a glowing explosive rock on the bottom left side. Hit this and get back so that you do not take damage. This opens up a secret path that leads to the Craftmetal.
	Deep Docks	From the Forge Daughter NPC, head down and to the right to find a heavy door that requires a Simple Key to open. Explore the area up ahead until you reach a room with a locked gate with a ring hanging next to it. Opening this requires the Clawline ability, but you do not need to access this. Simply turn around, and to the left side of the room is a blockade that you can break and go inside the small room with the Craftmetal.
	Blasted Steps	Head right from the Bellway Station, and you will have to make your way through a platforming section and avoid the worms below. Near the end of this section, where you have to stick to a wall on the right, head down to find a room with the Craftmetal in the far left corner.
	Underworks	This is located at the end of the room, directly below where you obtain the Clawline ability. You can grab the ability first to make this section a bit easier.
	Wisp Thicket	Head left from Halfway Home in Greymoor, go up the tower, and head through the passage on the right, which leads to the second tower. Go up the second tower, head up, and take the left passage to exit this tower and to the top left of this area is a spot where you can double jump to access Wisp Thicket. From the Bench in the area, head left, and when you reach the small tower-like section with the flame brazier, head up and take the path on the right to find this Craftmetal.
	Songclave	You can purchase this from Jubilana for 180 Rosaries after completing The Lost Merchant Wish.
	Putrified Ducts	At the extreme right of the Putrified Ducts past Fleatopia, you will need the Faydown Cloak to jump up and grab the final Craftmetal.

Where to Use the Craftmetals in Silksong

Magma Bell	Deep Docks	This is purchasable from Forge Daughter for 110 Rosaries and 1 Craftmetal.
Pimpillo	Greymoor	This Tool is to the far left of the western tower, accessible by using the wall jump ability. You have to go left from the Halfway Home bench, climb the second tower, and take the upper left exit.
Cogwork Wheel	Underworks	In the room above, where you get the Clawline ability. From the bench, jump up and use your clawline to go inside the Twelfth Architect’s shop. Talk to her and purchase the tool for 360 Rosaries and 1 Craftmetal.
Sawtooth Circlet	Underworks	This is purchasable from the Twelfth Architect for 230 Rosaries and 1 Craftmetal.
Scuttlebrace	Underworks	You can purchase from the Twelfth Architect for 140 Rosaries and 1 Craftmetal.
Cogfly	High Halls	From the bench inside High Halls, you have to go up quite a bit and go through the third passage on your left to find a small room. You can find an interact option at the top where you can craft the Cogfly using Craftmetal.
Silkshot	Deep Docks Underworks Mount Fay	For the final Craftmetal, you can rebuild the Ruined Tool into a version of the Silkshot. This can be done at the Forge Daughter in Deep Docks, the Twelfth Architect in Underworks, or inside a secret cave on Mount Fay.
