Just like any character in Wuthering Waves, Augusta needs a strong team to help maximize her performance on the battlefield. Here are the best team comps for Augusta in WuWa.
Here are some examples of Augusta team comp in WuWa:
Augusta can perfectly handle being the main DPS of her team because of how much DMG she can deal for a long time. However, she still has a nice Outro Skill that grants another Resonator extra DMG% when they join the field, on top of shielding them. This makes her flexible and able to work with other characters, especially those who deal off-field DMG, like Yinlin or Mortefi in Wuthering Waves.
Yinlin deals tons of on-field and off-field DMG while buffing Augusta, especially from her Outro Skill. Both units can keep swapping and canceling each other’s animations to help with the team’s fluidity and DPS, while Shorekeeper gives them a lot of buffs and healing. Players can also replace Shorekeeper with other healers, like Youhu or Verina.
Since Augusta works with Mortefi and Youhu, players can easily build her a F2P team in Wuthering Waves. Mortefi not only deals a lot of off-field DMG with his Coordinated attacks, but he also greatly buffs Augusta’s Heavy ATK DMG with his Outro Skill. This notably increases Augusta’s DPS when she joins the field with Mortefi’s Coordinated Attacks flying all over the battlefield.
On the other hand, although Youhu is not an impressive healer and is a 4-star character, she still offers a massive Coordinated ATK DMG buff on her Outro Skill, which can always help increase Augusta’s team DMG in Wuthering Waves.
If players don’t want to play with Coordinated attacks and want to build an Augusta team comp with more traditional characters, go for Xiangli Yao. This team doesn’t perform like the other teams since Xiangli Yao isn’t a high-tier DPS unit, but it’s still viable and can finish all WuWa content because of how strong Augusta is. Of course, Xiangli Yao is not weak; he’s actually a decent DPS unit that can spend a few seconds on the field dealing Electro DMG before leaving the field for Augusta to perform her devastating combos.
For the healer role, it’s always better to prioritize either Verina or Shorekeeper since they’re the best healers who can keep the team sustained while offering tons of buffs and benefits for the team. After that, Baizhi is a solid option, as she grants a portion of what Verina and Shorekeeper can offer.
