The Sims 4 features beloved Elder Scrolls characters like Sheogorath and Serana for fans of the fantasy series.
Custom Sims households based on Elder Scrolls races like Khajiit, Argonian, and Orcs offer unique gameplay opportunities.
Popular Elder Scrolls characters like Lord Harkon and Meeko the Dog have been recreated in The Sims 4, allowing for fun roleplay scenarios.
The Elder Scrolls series is one of the most well-known role-playing video game franchises and a particularly popular game series as a whole. Developed primarily by Bethesda Game Studios, though it did switch devs and publishers for certain games, The Elder Scrolls began more than two decades ago in 1994. However, the series became much more significant in 2002 with the release of The Elder Scrolls 3: Morrowind.
These games are must tries for those who love The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim, Bethesda’s ambitious 2011 RPG.
As is to be expected with such a prolific video game series, there are plenty of memorable characters throughout the various Elder Scrolls titles. Some of these characters have been recreated in The Sims 4 so that players can add them to their game. For those curious, here’s a look at some of the best Elder Scrolls Sims that are perfect for fans of the Elder Scrolls series who want to add some fantasy vibes to their game.
Sheogorath is a beloved Elder Scrolls character thanks to his eccentric nature. He is the Daedric Prince of Madness, best known for having a penchant for cheese and spitting out some hilarious one-liners.
This Sim family –created by Simmer Bootzkvinna– not only includes Sheogorath, but also his savant, councilor, and chamberlain Haskill. Haskill is the typical well-mannered and courteous manservant, ensuring that players can have a lot of fun role playing this mad master and his loyal companion.
Next is a creative Sim household that recreates some of the preset models for the cat-like Khajiit race. Created by t_terry1982, the household features eight Sims, including a cat and a dog, all of which have been designed to reflect the Khajiit preset models. Four of the Sims have werewolf variants, hence why it’s necessary to have the Werewolves game pack to download this household, and two are just regular Sims. There is also a cat and a dog Sim, and the dog has been altered to have tiger stripes so that he, too, looks like a Khajiit.
All the Sims have distinctive facial/coat markings, outfit designs, and accessories to make them look as Khajiit-like as possible. Plenty of time and effort has clearly gone into this Sim household, and it is a great option for Elder Scrolls fans, especially those who enjoy playing as Khajiit.
Serana is a pureblood vampire who appears in the Skyrim Dawnguard DLC and can be recruited as a companion. She is particularly popular among players, and it is often considered a travesty that she cannot be romanced.
The Elder Scrolls franchise has plenty of hits under its belt. Here’s how the best games stack up.
This Sim, made by EnchantSims, recreates Serana excellently, not only making her a vampire (which is why the Vampires game pack is needed), but also matching her facial features, red eyes, and braided hairstyle. This Sim does have paler skin than Serana does in Skyrim, but this difference suits her quite well, seeing as she is a vampire.
This next Sim is similar to the Khajiit presets in that it isn’t based on a particular character, but instead recreates one of the Elder Scrolls races. Simmer MzManicMama has taken the reptilian-like Argonian race and humanized them somewhat with this Sim, making for a unique character who is clearly Argonian-like without veering into creepy territory.
The Argonian Sim has green skin and scales along with slits for pupils and yellow eyes to emphasize their reptilian nature. It’s a unique take on the race that is well-suited for those who don’t want to go too crazy with the weirdness.
Another race-themed Sim family is the Orc Sims, created by Simmer MissDaniJo. These are the perfect choices for fans of the Orsimer race, also known as Orcs, that are found in The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim. However, they are also well suited to general fantasy fans who want some interesting, non-human characters walking around in their Sims game.
The Orc Sims family consists of a male and female Orc, both of whom have dark gray skin, pointed ears, yellow and red eyes, facial markings, and piercings. They not only look fantastic, but there is plenty of potential to create a whole family with baby orcs.
The aforementioned Serana appears once more with this Sim family made by zms129. Serana’s parents–Lord Harkon Volkihar and Valerica Volkihar–are also part of this household. They are a great option for those looking to establish a new legacy of vampire lords within their Sims 4 game (as long as players have the Vampires game pack installed).
All three members of the Volkihar family have human and vampire forms. They also have designs that reflect their look and style from Skyrim while also offering something original.

Meeko the Dog
Man’s Best Friend
Meeko is a potential canine companion found in Skyrim whose previous owner can be found dead by the player. Those who aren’t completely heartless can then have Meeko become a follower.
Meeko has been recreated excellently by Simmer JustACat78, who captures the look of the Irish Wolfhound breed and the Skyrim dogs as a whole (all of whom pretty much look the same) pretty perfectly.

The Adoring Fan
An Elder Scrolls Icon
Last but not least is The Adoring Fan, a wood elf who becomes a super fan of the player’s character in The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion. The Adoring Fan has become such an icon in video games that he went on to make an appearance in Bethesda’s sci-fi epic Starfield, and he is also available to download in The Sims 4 thanks to this recreation of him from deezgaming69.
The elf-like look of The Adoring Fan has been remade excellently here, as has his iconic spiky blonde hair. For those looking for a slightly creepy stalker like Sim to add to their game, The Adoring Fan is the perfect choice.
