The last week of Clash Royale’s 73rd season brings a new event called Goblin Party Rocket. It features a new spell that’s kind of like the regular Rocket, but it looks like only Goblins know how to use it.
The Goblin Party Rocket event will be around for seven days and ends on August 4, along with the current season. This guide takes a quick look at how Clash Royale’s Goblin Party Rocket works—and which decks you should try out for this event.

How to Activate Evolution Cards in Clash Royale
Evolutions make your cards way stronger in Clash Royale. Here’s how you can unlock and use them.
The Goblin Party Rocket might look like the regular Rocket, but it works totally differently. Instead of blasting everything for huge damage, it transforms all troops in its range into Goblins. That means if someone drops a big push like PEKKA and Goblin Giant, you can just Party Rocket them into tiny Goblins. Way easier to deal with.
Just to quickly mention, the Goblin Party Rocket works on your troops, too.
The Goblin Party Rocket only costs five elixir. That’s pretty cheap for how strong it can be. Because of that, it would be better to avoid building your deck around expensive cards like Mega Knight or PEKKA. They can get turned into Goblins in seconds, which can give your opponent a huge elixir advantage.

This deck can be seriously fun (and kind of crazy). You’ve got plenty of cheap cards for defense. Knight, Skeletons, and Ice Spirit all help keep things under control. Dart Goblin is great for chip damage and defense, and Dark Prince is handy thanks to his shield, which keeps him safe from the Goblin Party Rocket.
For your evolution slots, go with Dart Goblin and Skeletons. Even though Skeleton Barrel is strong in regular matches, it’s a swarm card, which can backfire in this event.

Goblin Drill and Wall Breakers are your main win conditions here. Clash Royale players can use Log to take care of annoying cards like Princess or Dart Goblin, and Tornado pairs really well with Dark Prince and Goblin Drill. You can even pull everything into one spot with Tornado and then drop the Goblin Party Rocket to turn them all into Goblins.

Log Bait is still annoying, and it actually works great in the Goblin Party Rocket mode too. With all your cheap troops, you can keep the pressure on and force out your opponent’s counters. Just swap out the regular Rocket for the Goblin Party Rocket. And, if you want to make the deck a little cheaper, you can choose Cannon instead of Inferno Tower. Big tanks like PEKKA or Mega Knight are not common in this mode anyway.
For the evo slots, we recommend choosing the Knight and Goblin Barrel.
