Leenzee Games has officially revealed the minimum and recommended PC specifications for Wuchang: Fallen Feathers, giving PC players a breakdown of what kind of hardware they’ll need to get ready for the upcoming Soulslike. First announced back in 2021, Wuchang: Fallen Feathers is set in 17th-century China during the last stretch of the Ming dynasty, mixing historical settings with heavy dark fantasy elements.
Wuchang: Fallen Feathers follows Bai Wuchang, a pirate who’s suffering from memory loss and a strange illness called Feathering Disease. As she travels through the war-ravaged region of Shu, she starts uncovering details about her past while also coming face to face with monstrous enemies spreading across the land. In April, Leenzee confirmed that Wuchang: Fallen Feathers would release on July 24. It’ll be available on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC through both Steam and the Epic Games Store.

With launch day drawing closer, the developers have gradually been releasing more Wuchang: Fallen Feathers details, and now the official PC requirements have been posted. The minimum specs suggest that the game is accessible to many players with mid-range systems, such as those running an Intel Core i5-8400 or AMD Ryzen 5 1600, with 16GB of RAM and a GTX 1060 or RX 580. The game can run off an HDD, but an SSD is recommended to keep things smoother. According to the devs, DLSS or FSR was used during testing, which means the game supports upscaling technology for better frame rates on modest hardware.

The recommended requirements for Soulslike Wuchang: Fallen Feathers are aimed at players who want smoother performance and better visuals. An Intel Core i7-9700 or AMD Ryzen 5 5500, along with a GPU like the RTX 2070, Radeon RX 5700 XT, or Intel Arc A750, should be enough to run the game well. RAM stays at 16GB across both tiers, but here an SSD isn’t just suggested – it’s required, likely to ensure stable performance and faster loading. The game, which runs on 64-bit versions of Windows 10 or 11 and needs DirectX 12, also requires 60 GB of free space.
