Farming resources is a major element of MMO games, and Warframe is no different. Players need to gather resources from various planets to craft their warframes, weapons, and gear. The Isleweaver update introduced even more weapons and a new Warframe: Oraxia.
Oraxia has been highly requested, as it resembles a spider in appearance. Isleweaver also added new resources that players must collect in order to build these new blueprints. However, a familiar rare resource—Tasoma Extract—is still required to craft parts of Oraxia. This resource can be farmed on various nodes in Duviri, primarily within its caves.

If you’re farming Oraxia’s Warframe and weapons in the Isleweaver node, you might as well search for some Tasoma Extract while you’re at it. During the “Energize Shrine” objective in the Isleweaver stage, you’ll be directed to a cave beneath The King’s Palace. Explore this cave, and you’ll likely find some Tasoma.
While there isn’t a large amount of Tasoma in this cave, grab what you can as you collect other resources needed for Oraxia. If you happen to receive the Double Drops decree, make sure to take it as it will significantly boost your farming.
The best place to farm Tasoma Extract is in The Duviri Experience node. When starting the node in Teshin’s Cave, choose the Double Drops decree if it’s available. If it’s not, reroll until you get it, or try to earn it later by completing objectives.
Once in Duviri, start searching for cave entrances right away. Use your Kaithe to scout from above and locate cave entrances on the surface. Alternatively, you can fly below Duviri to find hidden entrances. While flying underneath, keep an eye out for waterfalls, as they often mean the entrance to caves.
One of the best caves to farm Tasoma Extract is located near Farbreeze Hamlet. It typically contains 3–4 deposits for you to loot, and most of the time, enemies won’t bother you while you’re gathering.
Near a corner of Primrose Village, there’s a cave hidden beneath a ridge. If you’re heading toward the large bridge that leads to The King’s Palace, turn right just before entering the bridge—you’ll find the cave entrance nearby. Inside, you’ll typically find 2–3 Tasoma deposits, along with a few other secrets worth exploring.
In the lower area of Duviri, you’ll come across Titan’s Rest. Nearby, there’s an entrance to another cave that usually contains 3–4 Tasoma Extract deposits. It’s a great spot to check while exploring that lower section of the map.
While flying beneath Moirai Crossing on your Kaithe, you’ll spot a large entrance to another cave. Inside, you’ll find a couple more Tasoma Extract deposits, making it a worthwhile stop during your farm flying route.
There are even more caves throughout Duviri that contain Tasoma Extract. However, many of these have only a small number of deposits or are filled with enemies that can slow you down. It’s up to you whether you want to continue exploring these areas or stick to quick searches and extractions to save time.
Once you’re done exploring caves and ready to extract with your Tasoma loot, make sure to complete at least one objective. As soon as you receive a Decree, your progress is saved, and you’re free to exit with all the resources you’ve acquired. In short, getting a Decree secures your loot.
