Description

Ezio’s outfit has been added to Assassin’s Creed Shadows, but you can’t buy it from the in-game shop. Instead, you’ll have to put up with a lengthy grind to unlock Ezio’s robes in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.

Ubisoft has a history of adding classic Assassin robes to Assassin’s Creed games, but they’re usually included as free DLC or Ubisoft account rewards. Shadows does things a bit differently. Ezio’s robes, thankfully, aren’t paid DLC, but earning them for free takes quite some time. Here’s how you can get Ezio’s outfit in Assassin’s Creed Shadows.

How to Get Ezio’s Robes in Assassin’s Creed Shadows

Assassin's Creed Shadows Sanctuary

To get Ezio’s outfit from Assassin’s Creed 2 in Assassin’s Creed Shadows, you have to fully complete the Sanctuary Animus project. This project is a permanent addition to the game, so you don’t have to worry about missing it.

You can find Projects from the Animus hub menu in Assassin’s Creed Shadows. These are mini battle passes that give you free in-game rewards for completing weekly missions. If you take out the specified targets, sabotage the marked supplies, or complete any other anomaly objectives, you’ll earn points and level up your chosen project.

You can only have one project active at a time in Assassin’s Creed Shadows, so make sure you select the Sanctuary project before you complete any anomalies if you want Ezio’s robes.

There are already a few other projects in Assassin’s Creed Shadows, but the Sanctuary project is the first one that rewards an old Assassin’s Creed outfit. There are several other rewards to earn before you can get Ezio’s robes, so it’ll take a few play sessions to complete enough anomalies and reach the end of the Sanctuary project. The other rewards are also related to Assassin’s Creed 2 (like a Firenze trinket and a rooftop cat pet), but the robes are the main attraction.

Once you complete the Sanctuary project, Ezio’s robes will be permanently unlocked for your Ubisoft account. They’ll persist across different save files in case you want to start a New Game Plus run, and you can wear them into the Claws of Awaji DLC as well. Other Assassin’s Creed outfits will probably come to Shadows later on, too, so keep an eye out for new projects with additional gear.
