Ikemoto: It’d be a spoiler. But you have to wonder: why doesn’t Kakashi-sensei get much screen time even though he’s such a popular character? What a mystery. Not that I can say anything about it.
Clearly, Ikemoto has a massive role for Kakashi Hatake, and it appears that this plotline has been building up for years now, although rather slowly. Fans absolutely cannot wait to see Kakashi’s return, especially since in the absence of Naruto Uzumaki, who was sealed away.

It needs to be better than it is right now, and a fan favorite character such as Kakashi Hatake will do wonders for the story.
