My Hero Academia fans have thoroughly enjoyed the brilliant journey of their favorite characters over the years, and even a year after the manga’s end, they are kept engaged by the author, thanks to him dropping new content every now and then. To keep the fans excited for the future of the franchise, Kohei Horikoshi has dropped an epilogue chapter, and later on revealed a completely new fanbook with a ton of new information on everyone’s favorite characters after the end of the story. If that wasn’t enough, Horikoshi also went on to reveal a new art book, and once again, gave the fans a ton of new information to get excited about.
Fans also received a new one-shot chapter from Kohei Horikoshi, and to top it all off more artwork from him, thanks to an exhibition event. In all this extra information galore, Horikoshi ended up revealing exciting bits about the main characters of the story, and that also includes Shoto Todoroki. Fans know Shoto Todoroki to be a key part of My Hero Academia, and a character who played a significant role in the Final War of the story. After the Final War of the series, Shoto Todoroki went on to become the Number 2 Hero, and that officially confirms his power level as a Pro Hero.

When My Hero Academia ended and fans found out that all the students had now become Pro Heroes, they were sure that Shoto Todoroki would’ve made great advancements as well. In the final chapter, it was officially revealed to the fans that Shoto and Bakugo were going head-to-head with each other and with Mirio Togata, suggesting that they both had become plenty powerful, and at the same time, had attained a very high rank on the Hero Billboard Charts.

In the first one-shot of My Hero Academia, Horikoshi took things one step further by essentially confirming to the fans that Shoto Todoroki had gained the Number 2 Hero rank in Japan, and that he was just slightly behind Mirio Togata. Shoto is now officially in the running for becoming Japan’s Top Hero. In fact, he is already worthy of this position, which is why many fans are absolutely certain that he will go on to achieve this rank at some point in the future.

Shoto was recently given the rank of #2 Hero in Japan. So, it would be reasonable to assume that he won’t rise to the top immediately after. Shoto will likely maintain the Number 2 rank for a while, but eventually, he will likely rise to the top, especially since Izuku Midoriya and Bakugo are now on his shoulders, meaning he will likely work extra hard.

That aside, fans know very well that Shoto Todoroki is incredibly powerful already. He possesses strength greater than Endeavor, thanks to his Half-Cold Half-Hot Quirk, and he is a determined man who will go to any lengths to save those in need. Shoto Todoroki is the perfect Hero, and certainly one who can be called one of the very strongest as well.
