Metal Gear Solid Delta Snake Eater Secret Radio Frequencies
Description
The codec is an important part of Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, and you can actually use your radio for more than just calling your allies for advice. Metal Gear Solid Delta has a set of secret radio frequencies that can be used to heal you, clear alerts, call in fire support, and more.
These radio channels were present in the original version of Snake Eater, and they return in Metal Gear Solid Delta with the same frequency numbers and effects. You can learn about them naturally by interrogating guards throughout the game, and MGS Delta makes things even easier by recording them for you permanently after you call them for the first time.
These are all the hidden radio frequencies in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater.
These codec frequencies will restore your stamina as you listen to the soothing sounds of the radio. Each song only works once, and the frequencies vary depending on your chosen difficulty level.

These codec frequencies will call in air strikes in certain locations, but not all locations have fire support frequencies on every difficulty level. The frequencies also vary depending on your difficulty level, and you’ll get a trophy after calling in fire support for the first time.
You have to interrogate a soldier in the area and have him tell you the fire support frequency first before you can call in. If Snake hasn’t heard the frequency himself, he’ll get no response when you try to call.

You can call these radio frequencies to cancel an alert phase in specific areas throughout Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater. Some areas don’t have all-clear codec frequencies on certain difficulty levels, however.
You have to interrogate a soldier and learn these frequencies first before you can call them on your radio. Also, these can only be used during the Evasion or Caution phases. Otherwise, you’ll get no response when you call the frequency.

These secret radio frequencies can get you out of sticky situations in Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, particularly the ones that cancel alert statuses and call in air strikes.
Healing Radio frequencies will be recorded on the radio screen for future use once you call them for the first time, as well, so you don’t have to write them down or commit them to memory. These radio stations are a nice touch, and they serve as a shining example of this remake’s faithfulness to the original game.
