If there’s one thing that fans of the Revolutionary Army have always wanted to see in One Piece, it is seeing them in action. For years, Oda has been building up the Revolutionary Army as a powerful bunch, and only recently did they launch their offensive against their enemies, the Celestial Dragons of the New World.
As is quite clear in the story, the Revolutionary Army is led by the World’s Worst Criminal, Monkey D. Dragon, and that only means that with the organization now at the forefront of things, Monkey D. Dragon will be focused on a lot more. As it so happens, Oda has already revealed Dragon’s strongest power in the story, and it is most certainly not his Devil Fruit.

The very first thing that One Piece fans need to address is the fact that Dragon has a Devil Fruit. Although not every fan knows this, Oda has already made it quite clear that Dragon is an ability user. When he came to Loguetown in the East Blue saga, Dragon was capable of changing the weather there. The air pressure dropped suddenly and there was a massive storm that followed immediately after. Dragon even summoned lightning from the sky, which ended up saving Luffy.

If that wasn’t enough, Dragon’s powers were teased once again when Grey Terminal was burned down by the Nobles of the Goa Kingdom. He opened a path for them with a wind-based ability. To top it all off, Dragon then went on to reveal the ability of flight when he brought Sabo back to Wind Granma. This is a clear indication of the fact that he has a Devil Fruit, although what exactly it is remains to be seen. Undoubtedly, Dragon will have a very powerful Devil Fruit, but his strongest ability is his martial arts style.

As fans know, Monkey D. Dragon is a powerful fighter, and he is feared all over the world. Dragon possesses an incredible Devil Fruit, but his strongest power is, most likely, his Martial Arts style that he drilled into Sabo, called Ryusoken. This style is incredibly dangerous. Sabo, a much inferior user, was able to crush a whole arena with minimal effort. He could easily one-shot enemies, and that’s how strong this ability is.

Dragon, the master of the technique, should have a higher level of Ryusoken, and if Sabo could destroy small arenas, Dragon could be able to destroy whole islands with his power.
Dragon Has Conqueror’s Haki Too
To top it all off, fans need to remember that Dragon has Conqueror’s Haki as well. While Sabo could only charge his attacks with Armament Haki, Dragon can actually do that with Supreme King Haki. In other words, Dragon’s attacks are going to be much more devastating. He is truly a man worthy of being the World’s Worst Criminal, and his strength should be more or less than that of the legends, such as Garp, Roger, Whitebeard, and others. It is only a matter of time before Dragon’s powers are fully revealed, and it will truly be an amazing sight to see.
