Since Phrolova’s DPS is split between her Resonance Skill and Echo Skill DMG, Lethean Elegy doesn’t waste time and immediately gives her 32% DMG for both. There’s no doubt, Lethean Elegy is a necessary weapon for Phrolova to compete with top-tier characters in WuWa.
