Description

The visitors to the town can’t be befriended in Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar, but the normal villagers have friendship levels. Depending on how close players are with the person, they might give a request (and reward players for it) or even start a romance. SoS Grand Bazaar Friendship Point – Story of Seasons: Grand Bazaar Gift Guide

Generally speaking, here’s how much Friendship Point (FP) players will earn with a character, depending on how much they like the gift:

Favorite: +400 FP
Loved: +300 FP
Liked: +200 FP
Neutral: +100 FP

These numbers are then multiplied by the Quality multiplier and Freshness multiplier, if available. A 0.5-star item that’s still Perfectly Fresh will have a 1x multiplier for both multipliers. Meanwhile, as the item starts to lose freshness, the Freshness multiplier will keep lowering. For instance, a Should be Good Yet! Item will have a 0.9 Freshness multiplier.

Meanwhile, the Quality multiplier is as follows:

Combining a favorite gift, wrapping it in their favorite color, plus gifting it on the person’s birthday is the best way to boost a villager’s Friendship Point. Therefore, make sure to check the calendar and see whose birthday is coming soon so that you can wrap that villager’s gift during the Saturday bazaar.
