The release date for the anime has already been confirmed, so the latest announcement is related to a teaser for the third season of the anime.
It makes sense for the anime to release a teaser as the third season is going to be released in October 2025, which is not too far now. Spy x Family Season 3’s episode count is unconfirmed, but it’s likely to be around 20 episodes. The second season had a much lower count, as it was released just a year after the first. The studios need time to produce the anime, and one year isn’t nearly enough to finish 20-odd episodes.
