Following the debut of Version 1.8, Infinity Nikki reveals new information about the next region of Miraland and upcoming gameplay improvements.
The “Momo Where Are You?” challenge is a unique addition to Infinity Nikki as part of the game’s Danqing Season (1.8) update. Similar to other seasonal challenges in the game, it’s located in your Events menu. Click on it, and then select the ‘Current Adventures’ tab at the top of the screen (next to ‘Danqing Season’).
Once there, scroll down the sub-menu on the left, and the “Momo Where Are You?” challenge is directly beneath the Mira Crown icon. Select it, and the challenge menu for “Momo, Where Are You?” will pop up (seen above). You can use this menu to participate in the challenge itself and keep track of your progress with it.
Keep in mind that this challenge is part of the game’s Danqing Season (1.8) and will be available for a limited time until the season ends around September 1st.
The “Momo Where Are You?” challenge is conceptually similar to the game’s traditional Photo Investigation quests. Your goal is to find every Momo hidden in each painting and circle them, all within the 30-second time limit.
To participate in this challenge, bear in mind that you will need to be able to access a web browser, as this challenge is tied to Infinity Nikki‘s official website. Select ‘Go’ on the in-game challenge menu, and it will automatically open your default web browser with the challenge’s start menu (seen above).
A warning is also noted at the bottom of the screen that your progress in the challenge will reset if you attempt to participate across multiple devices (e.g. PC, console, mobile), so be careful. You may also need to log in with your account information if you haven’t visited the official website in a while.
If you happen to fail on your first attempt by not finding all the Momos in time, you can earn more attempts by clicking on the ‘Daily Tasks’ button in the top right corner of the menu. When you do complete the level, you can earn even more attempts by sharing your best time score via the ‘Share’ button underneath the results menu.
This will also get you a First Share Bonus of 30x Diamonds, so make sure to claim them via the button in the bottom left corner (where it says ‘First Share Bonus’). Also, make sure to claim your regular completion rewards from the tiered reward gauge in the bottom right corner.
There are a total of 10 Momos to find in the challenge’s first painting. Circle them all within 30 seconds to complete the challenge.
Again, there are 10 Momos to find in the second challenge’s painting (seen above). Circle them all within 30 seconds.
